2I don't operate an online shop — do I still have to fill that out?
No. Specifying the processing activities is optional — simply click "Next" if a section does not apply to you.
3I filled out the form. Where can I download the contract?
The contract is automatically sent via email to the email address you registered with. If nothing has arrived, please check your spam folder.
4Help: I have no idea about all the technical measures of the data processor.
In general, it is recommended to fill out the form together with the data processor, as they are more familiar with their internal data protection measures. If that is not possible, you can also view the measures as requirements and select the ones you expect the data processor to comply with.
5How legally compliant is the provided contract?
The contract is a template that already covers many areas. However, to ensure legal certainty, it is recommended to have it reviewed by a data protection lawyer.
